It can kill most of bacteria, low toxic and tasteless. In other countries, it and its sodium salt is used in the preservation of vegetable, fruit and meat, it can be used in the fiber, protein material, cosmetic and other materials ( wood, textile, paper, adhesive and leather). It can be used as heat stabilizer of plastic.
